Our busy contracts team brought a veritable slice of spring to the charming surrounds of Sofitel St James this week. Set in the establishments equally pretty afternoon tea room, The Rose Lounge - the display was a masterclass in finesse and attention to detail.

An assortment of glass vessels in wonderfully glowing tones housed combinations of astilbe, lisianthus and possibly the fluffiest stocks we’ve ever laid eyes on. Gladioli brought willowy elegance to proceedings and at the other end of the height spectrum - the most adorable hellebores with pink-edged petals danced away in bud vases.

We couldn’t imagine a more apt spring afternoon tea than surrounded by the season’s sweetest stems in such a decadent setting - you can even enjoy a limited edition scenery experience this April as the hotel teams up with diptyque.
